Developers are very welcome, both as occasional contributors or core developers.
This developer section has pages devoted to the code patching procedure, the contributor's agreement and gaining access to the source code repository.
Why the Rigorous IP Process?
An integral part of innovative and creative oftware development is the creation of a community of developers and the professional tracking and management of intellectual property rights for all the software created by that community. We take IP rights very seriously because when we provide to our customers excellent software, we also provide the confidence that we have acquired and can provide to them all the necessary IP rights for them to use the software.
Our contributing developer rules are intended to streamline our process and to reduce the work entailed in receiving patches from developers. Please follow them because if the patch requires too much effort to make it comply, it probably will not be included. Read the Patch Guidelines for how to submit a patch for AppWeb.
